Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit property tours, promotional campaigns, and social media content with professional finishing and brand consistency.
Video Shooting / Production: Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality property visuals.
Scriptwriting: Develop engaging scripts for property showcases, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Content Strategy & Optimization: Create content tailored for social media trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), using hashtags and best practices to maximize reach.
File Management & Delivery: Organize project files, maintain media libraries, and deliver content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website).
Technical Skills Required Editing Tools:
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc must have good grip over related platforms.
Camera & Equipment Knowledge: DSLR/operations, gimbal handling, setup, and audio recording.
Content Strategy: Strong understanding of latest digital trends, algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement methods.
Project Management: Ability to manage large volumes of content, maintain organized file systems, and deliver platform-ready outputs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in video editing, content production, and digital media.
Strong creative portfolio showcasing editing, filming, and story creating capabilities.
Background in real estate, marketing, or creative industries preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing impactful content.
