The Job Description

1. Develop brand messaging, including slogans, taglines, and defining the brand s tone of voice.
2. Write content for social media platforms (posts, Reels, Stories, etc.).
3. Create scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Brand Stories).
4. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for social media accounts.
5. Propose creative content ideas tailored to each platform and its audience.
6. Collaborate with design and motion teams to ensure content quality and visual consistency with the brand identity.
7. Monitor content performance and suggest optimizations based on insights and results.
   

   Requirements:
   

• 1 3 years of experience in content writing or social media management.
• Strong writing skills in Modern Standard Arabic, English proficiency is a plus.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (CTAs, awareness vs. conversion, etc.).
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
• Ability to translate brand strategy and key messages into simple, engaging content.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, rewriting, and improving production efficiency.

Nice to Have:

1. Previous experience working with agencies or brands.
2. Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
3. Basic skills in short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts) using tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
