Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, original content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform s audience and objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing, branding, and business goals.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia assets.
- Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management on social platforms as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.
