Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive content and social media strategies aligned with company objectives and brand voice.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content creation and social media management.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the company s content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with content management systems and graphic design tools
