About the Role: We are seeking a Remote Content Writer to craft engaging, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and supports our marketing objectives. You will research industry trends, develop content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality written materials. Responsibilities: Write well-researched blog posts, articles, and website copy tailored to our target audience. Optimize content for SEO through keyword research, meta tags, and on-page best practices. Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing goals. Conduct in-depth research on industry topics to ensure accuracy and relevance. Edit and proofread content to guarantee clarity, consistency, and grammatical precision. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to produce high-impact content. Analyze content performance using web analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements. Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional content writing experience in a remote or fast-paced environment. Strong non-technical copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, reader-focused copy. Proven technical SEO writing expertise, including keyword integration and on-page optimization. Demonstrated blogging experience with a portfolio of published work. Solid understanding of content strategy principles and industry best practices. Excellent research skills to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Exceptional editing and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar web analytics tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content formatting. Experience creating social media posts or email newsletter content. Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and tone guidelines. Knowledge of style guides such as AP, Chicago Manual of Style, or internal company guides.
