Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

Create, edit, improve, proofread, translate, and review English content for the KSA blog;

Conduct in-depth research on the Saudi real estate market and related topics to ensure accurate and relevant content;

Write engaging and informative blog articles, guides, and reports tailored to the KSA audience;

Generate fresh content ideas and contribute to the blog’s editorial calendar based on industry trends and audience interests;

Ensure all content aligns with Bayut’s brand voice, style, and tone;

Optimise content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords naturally and following best practices;

Work closely with the SEO team to ensure all content is fully optimised before publication;

Upload and manage blog content using the CMS system;

Collaborate with internal teams, including content managers, editors, and designers, to enhance the quality and engagement of blog content;

Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitors to ensure content remains relevant and valuable;

Ensure consistency in formatting, structure, and readability across all published articles;

Conduct thorough fact-checking and use credible sources to maintain high content quality.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:


1 – 2 years of experience in English writing, handling blogs, and related content creation;

Experience doing research using multiple sources.

Knowledge:


Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;

Real estate industry and locality-specific research;

Good understanding of SEO;

Excellent writing and editing skills in English;

Familiarity with the company's brand image, products, and services;

Content management system knowledge is a plus;

Understand keyword research.
