KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation: Write, edit, proofread, and publish engaging content, including (but not limited to) blog posts, articles, website copy, landing pages, email newsletters, social media captions, case studies, and internal communications.
• SEO & Strategy: Research industry-related topics and keywords to develop content that is optimized for search engines and aligned with current marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, design team, product managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and meets project deadlines.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and enforce a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all communication channels.
• Content Calendar Management: Assist in planning, developing, and managing the editorial content calendar.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor content performance (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and new content opportunities.
• Editing & Governance: Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of proven professional experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of published work across different formats (e.g., long-form articles, web copy, emails).
• Demonstrable knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and how to apply them to content creation.
