Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will play a key role in optimizing industrial processes and continuously improving operational performance across the entire production scope.
Main tasks:
- To deploy, manage and facilitate Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, Poka-Yoke).
- Analyze manufacturing flows (plastic products, textiles, seats) and propose optimization solutions adapted to the vehicle interior sector.
- Identify sources of waste and implement productivity and cost reduction projects.
- Managing Lean / Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and PDCA methodologies.
- Contribute to the improvement of SQCDP indicators and the reduction of non-quality.
- Supporting operational teams in problem solving (QRQC, 8D) and standardization.
- Facilitate Lean training sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement on the site.
- Participate in the implementation of balanced, ergonomic production lines that meet customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience (5 years or more) in Continuous Improvement in the automotive sector, ideally in vehicle interiors.
- Good mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving methods.
- Strong analytical skills, field orientation and ability to unite teams.
- Ability to lead change in a dynamic and demanding environment.
