Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and control manpower utilization across operations to ensure optimal workforce productivity.
- Conduct background process analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
- Drive labor productivity improvement initiatives through data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices.
- Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to manpower, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, HR, Supply Chain, Quality) to align improvement projects with business objectives.
- Prepare progress reports and present results to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or production environments).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools.
- Proven experience in manpower productivity control and process analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
