Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Safran manager, the Lean Manufacturing technician's mission is:
To carry out concrete actions to improve manufacturing processes, tools and workstations on the ground
Managing 5S projects
To propose and design prototypes for the improvement of working conditions.
Study and validate unit production times for products
Participate in improvement projects to support production lines
Actively participate in the development and implementation of PPNI
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum education level: Bac +2 (DUT/BTS)
Technical knowledge of the company's products
Mastery of Six Sigma/Lean tools
Good understanding of matrix organizations
R alisation de prototype
Leadership, cross-functional facilitation skills and change management
Multidisciplinary, he is perfectly familiar with the specificities of each position
Strong sense of contact and communication
To be proactive
Often called upon in emergencies, he must be highly proactive while finding an effective, reliable, and lasting solution. He is also capable of recommending a longer-term solution.
