Apply now for the position of Contract Administration Internship (6 to 9 months) Based in Dubai, UAE.
Your role:
- Assisting contract management request in migration phase i.e. contract data extraction from system, reviewing and clarification process, contract setup in the test system and maintenance of complete contract databases.
- Assisting in Identification and following up on customers performance obligations, making sure the same is reflected correctly in system contacts.
- Addressing the queries relating to customer contract in terms of pricing, quantities and other related topics originating from the customer orders in test system and later in live system.
- Assist in data cleansing topics relating to abandoned contracts, related fixed assets and maintenance / correction of end user data.
- Day to day duties assigned in relation to the contract management.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to analyze information critically, evaluate it accurately and provide decision-making processes in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of contract administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
- User experience of SAP System is a bonus.
- Any prior internship in similar or other roles is a plus.
