Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements, focusing on accuracy and risk mitigation.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, maintaining a centralized contract repository and ensuring timely renewals and amendments to optimize contract value.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, procurement, finance) to gather information and facilitate contract execution and compliance, building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Monitor and track contract performance, identifying potential breaches and working with legal counsel to develop remediation strategies, focusing on proactive issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in legal principles and business practices.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal assistant or contracts administrator role, showcasing practical experience in contract management and legal support.
  • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
