Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on overseas procurement contracts with international suppliers.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and prepare periodic reports on delivery status and lead times.
  • Prepare and follow up on contracts-related reports with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support the preparation of delay claims and compensation reports in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with overseas suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
  • Follow up with Logistics Department.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Projects, and Procurement departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of contracts, correspondence, and records.
  • Track contractual milestones and support project delivery timelines.
