Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support during contract negotiations to ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract performance and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain service levels.
  • Prepare detailed reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth contract execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management with a focus on maintenance agreements
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to contracts
Proficiency in contract analysis and risk assessment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in dispute resolution and conflict management
