Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the creation of new contracts, amendments and renewals (document creation, data entry and recording in the tools, letter generation, communication with sales teams in France, )
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the Know Your Customer process:
- Reception and analysis of document completeness
- Verification in databases
- Recording supporting documents in the tools
- Archiving
- Prepare for contract validation
- Carry out the contractual termination work
- Carry out verification work and launch approval requests for client studies.
- Carry out activities related to Profit Sharing requests
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in insurance, finance, economics or a related field.
- Prior experience in credit insurance, business insurance or a similar position is an asset.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and results orientation.
