Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
To assist and monitor the status of execution of contractual commitments under the awarded contracts.
Establish the dashboard of operations related to placing orders.
Contribute with management to monitoring the status of the company's procurement plan.
To provide assistance to contracting departments in finding the necessary solutions to difficulties encountered during the execution of contracts.
Preparation and drafting of necessary correspondence.
Profile
University degree in Law, Financial Science and Accounting, Management Science, Human Resource Management
Knowledge of purchasing and tendering procedures (an advantage).
Proficient in the use of office tools: Word, Excel (dashboards), ERP/management software.
