Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing contracts drafts
  • Ensuring that all contracts abide by local and federal laws.
  • Reviews business contracts for financial agreements, company purchases, rental agreements and business proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company s policies, standards and procedures.
  • Preparing current project contract reports.
  • Supporting negotiations of claims from buyers in addition to contractual changes
  • Assessing and preparing claims from suppliers or for clients.
  • Ensuring project members use the contract correctly
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with each party.
  • Analyzing potential risks involved within contract agreements.
  • Helping employees and leadership better understand the information outlined in the contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience in Contracts, Engineering Background.
  • Strong understanding of contract laws & regulations.
  • Very good knowledge of business financial best practices.
  • Strong attention to details & negotiation skills
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Good knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.
  • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents.
