Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and administer contracts (EPC, EPCC, subcontractor agreements).
Manage pre-award and post-award contract activities.
Interpret and apply contract terms (FIDIC preferred).
Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
Support commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with project deliverables.
Maintain proper documentation and contract records.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation related to contractual matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial preferred).
5–12 years of experience as Contracts Engineer in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
Strong exposure to modular construction / modular fabrication / prefabrication projects.
Experience handling contracts in offshore, refinery, petrochemical, or upstream/downstream projects.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
