Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts (Main Contract, Subcontract, Consultancy, Supply, etc.) ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Tendering & Procurement Support: Assist in tender review for all tenders, identify contractual risks and propose qualifications, assist in preparation of tender documentation, bid evaluations, and selection of contractors/vendors as applicable.

  • Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risk.

  • Risk Assessment: Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations and procedures comply with local laws, client requirements, and internal policies.

  • Coordination: Interface with legal, commercial, technical, and project teams to align contract strategy with project goals.

  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and tracking systems for all contractual correspondences and changes.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and key deliverables to management.

  • Dispute Resolution: Assist in handling disputes, claims, or litigation in coordination with legal advisors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

  • Proven experience (typically 2–7 years) in contract engineering or contract management, preferably in Construction Industry.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and international contracting standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, etc.).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
