Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements, with a primary focus on real estate contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and legally sound.
- Review all contracts generated by the sales team to ensure strict adherence to company-approved contract templates and terms.
- Verify that all required legal documents (e.g., titles, permits, financial guarantees) are secured and that all legal procedures for contract execution are properly fulfilled.
- Lead negotiations with internal and external parties on complex contract terms to achieve beneficial outcomes while safeguarding the company's interests.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments on contractual issues, obligations, and associated risks.
- Oversee the contract management process, ensuring all contracts are accurately documented, executed, and archived for easy access and compliance.
- Identify and analyze potential legal risks in contractual agreements, proposing effective solutions and implementing safeguards to protect the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
Previous Experience:
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, with a strong focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts.
Special requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and commercial regulations.
- Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of contracts
