Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate contract documents to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favourable outcomes while mitigating risk
- Develop, implement, and maintain contract templates, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Provide expert guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and payments
- Identify contractual risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies and solutions
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date contract documentation and records
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, administration, amendments, and closeout
- Handle contract modifications, variations, and extensions in line with project requirements
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory developments in contract management
- Liaise with legal counsel to resolve complex contractual and commercial issues
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and organisational policies
- Support effective communication and correspondence related to contractual matters
- Perform additional duties as required by line management
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all contract documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements, while protecting the company s commercial interests and minimising risk. You will play a key role in negotiating contract terms, advising internal stakeholders, and supporting project teams on all contractual matters. The position requires close collaboration with legal counsel, project managers, and internal departments to ensure effective contract administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.
Location Saudi Arabia (Multiple Locations: Riyadh, Jeddah, Qassim, Abha, Dammam, Madinah)
Salary 30,000 SAR/month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years experience in contracts management within large-scale project environments
- Strong knowledge of contract law, contract drafting, pricing, and commercial negotiation
- Proven experience managing prime contracts and subcontractor agreements across multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Experience with procurement laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and commercial controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence senior project teams
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills
