Roles & Responsibilities
Type:
Full-time, On-site
Job Description:
- Manage overall execution of the contract and compliance with SLA/KPIs.
- Act as the single point of contact for MOHESR.
- Lead daily/weekly meetings and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Approve MMRs, incident reports, quotations, and technical submissions.
- Monitor staff performance, approvals, mobilization and resource compliance.
- Ensure timely reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years in FM or building maintenance (GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAFM, KPI frameworks, and ISO standards
