Contracts & Commercial Manager ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C.

JD: shall handle contract lifecycle management, commercial risk mitigation, and supplier/client negotiations for entire agribusiness operations covering all farming services, supply chain, and produce distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and procurement deals with farmers, vendors, logistics partners, and government entities (agriculture authorities), ensuring compliance with UAE laws and FIDIC standards.

• Oversee contract lifecycle from tendering/bidding to execution, variations, claims, and closeout; monitor P&L impacts, payments, and performance bonds/insurances for agribusiness projects like irrigation, crop supply, or farm services.

• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, including price fluctuations in commodities, supply disruptions, and regulatory compliance (e.g., food safety, export standards); prepare variation orders and dispute resolutions.

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, legal, and project teams to support strategic planning, bid evaluations, and cost control; analyze RFPs, conduct financial reviews, and ensure timely invoicing/payments.

• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients (e.g., retailers like Lulu, Carrefour), contract farmers, and partners/off-takers (such as NRTC and others); handle contractual correspondence.

• Track KPIs like contract profitability, supplier performance, and compliance; prepare reports for ESG management, and support budgeting/forecasting in the agriculture sector.
