Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the monitoring of contracts and project tracking sheets
  • Pilot the supplier file
  • Order tracking and invoicing
  • Prepare regular reports (contract tracking status, purchase orders, and invoices).
  • Participate in the improvement of monitoring tools (Excel, ERP, internal software).

  • Good mastery of purchasing, ordering and invoicing procedures.
  • Knowledge of the contractual cycle (purchase orders, contracts, clauses, amendments)
  • My proficiency with office software (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Use of ERP or management software.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred in a similar position: sales management assistant, order manager or billing manager.
