Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Contracts & Administration Executive will be responsible for the preparation, review, renewal, and management of all corporate contracts and agreements. The role also involves coordinating vendor relationships, supporting real estate and office administration, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and UAE legal standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and corporate client contracts.
  • Oversee contract renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely execution and documentation.
  • Maintain an organized contract database and renewal tracking system.
  • Handle tenders and proposals for new business and vendor opportunities.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support real estate administration, including lease renewals and property documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance standards and service-level compliance.
  • Prepare and update contract templates, summaries, and reports for management.
  • Provide general administrative support for corporate documentation, licensing, and renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, document control, or vendor management, ideally within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation, and UAE commercial law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or SAP), and document manageme
