Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants' submissions
- Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
- Performance of other related duties as per management instructions
- Assisting/preparing design reports, or any other reports as directed
- Liaise with subject matter experts on technical/ commercial subjects in a positive, collaborative manner to prepare controlled documents
- Administers correspondence, documentation, with Internal and External Partners (Work Orders etc)
- Manage staff attendance in Order to ensure required data is available for invoice preparation without delay
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts (Addendums)
Desired Candidate Profile
BSc from a recognized university.
- 10 years of demonstrable experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects, with satisfactory exposure to all related disciplines.
- Working knowledge of written and/or spoken Arabic would be advantageous
- Experience of Contracts, claims/arbitration and dispute resolution procedures
- Working /preparing Evaluation reports, or any other reports as directed
