Roles & Responsibilities
CONTRACTS & ADMINISTRATION LEAD
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Contracts & Administration Lead to support our fast-growing operations and legal administration functions. This is not a passive role, we need someone who will enforce accountability, maintain precision, and ensure deadlines are met without compromise.
Candidate must be based in Bahrain. The role is responsible for drafting, managing, and tracking contracts, NDAs, memoranda, and related documentation, while ensuring processes are aligned with finance, legal, and operational requirements. The Specialist will also support internal workflow, and ensure seamless execution of administrative and contractual tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and edit contracts, NDAs, memoranda, and other legal or operational documents. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with the scope of work and aligned with the Finance department for invoicing and reporting.
Maintain a system for tracking key contract milestones, deadlines, renewals, and approvals.
Ensure all contractual obligations are followed up and executed accurately.
Draft NDAs and other confidentiality agreements to protect company interests.
Draft memoranda and formal internal communications as required.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain strict control of confidential documents and records.
Prepare and present periodic reports and trackers to management regarding contract and ticketing status.
Assist in implementing and improving internal administrative processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS:
Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field with strong academic performance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administration, contracts management, or a legal- adjacent role.
Proven track record of handling contracts, NDAs, and internal memoranda with precision. Experience managing and monitoring workflow efficiency.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and process improvement capabilities.
