Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✔️ Support tender reviews by identifying risks, deviations, and contractual qualifications
✔️ Prepare contractual clarifications and support pre-bid meetings
✔️ Administer contract handover and ensure compliance during execution
✔️ Draft and review contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and change orders
✔️ Maintain contract obligations, risk registers, and notice calendars
✔️ Support negotiations with clients and subcontractors
✔️ Participate in project close-out and lessons-learned activities
✔️ Ensure compliance with EPC contracting practices, internal processes, and audit requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, QS, or related field
✔️ 5–7 years of experience in EPC contract management
✔️ Proven experience with ADNOC / major EPC contractors in the UAE or GCC
✔️ Strong drafting, negotiation, and contractual interpretation skills
✔️ Experience in EDMS and understanding of engineering deliverables
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
