Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and agreements in line with company procedures

  2. Develop and evaluate pre-qualification (PQ) documents for contractors and vendors

  3. Support user departments in interpretation of contract terms, clauses, and conditions

  4. Assist in contract administration including variations, amendments, and claims handling

  5. Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly maintained

  6. Coordinate with procurement, legal, and project teams for smooth contract execution

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university

  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in contracts preparation and administration

  3. Strong experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry

  4. Good knowledge of tendering processes and contract frameworks (FIDIC preferred)

  5. Strong commercial understanding with attention to detail

  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
