Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and commercial documentation for ongoing projects.

  2. Evaluate contract terms, project specifications, variations, claims, and change orders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  3. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement teams, and subcontractors regarding contractual and commercial matters.

  4. Monitor project progress, contractual risks, and cost implications while supporting dispute resolution and claim management activities.

  5. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of correspondence, payment certificates, variation orders, and contract records.

  6. Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and preparation of commercial reports and contractual recommendations.

  7. Support project teams in ensuring adherence to FIDIC conditions, UAE construction regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
