Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in administering and managing the commercial aspects of this complex project. Working closely with the client and project teams, you will ensure contract compliance, accurate valuations, and timely payment certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts in line with FIDIC Red Book.
  • Manage all contract administration (CA) duties.
  • Oversee IPC valuations and payment certifications.
  • Act as a key client-facing liaison, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support the wider project team with contract and commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Must have strong written and verbal English skills.
  • 16 17 years professional experience in construction contracts management.
  • Background in contractor or consultancy environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC (Red Book) and contract administration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
  • Experience on large-scale, complex projects preferred.
  • Based in or open to relocation to Abu Dhabi (with flexibility for occasional Dubai commute).
