The Contracts Manager will play an integral role in supporting project delivery, focusing on contract administration and commercial management. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong QS background transitioning into management or those with strong contractor-side experience looking to step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Support the project team with claims, variations, and contractual issues.
• Assist with payment certifications and progress reporting.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with project and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Strong background in contracts, with experience as a QS or in contractor environments.
• Solid knowledge of contract administration and commercial management.
• 8 12 years experience preferred, though not required to be as senior as major programme roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Resilient, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
