SETS is on the look for a Contracts Specialist to join its Monitoring Department in Madinah. The jobholder reports to the Contracts Department Head.

• Draft contract content and terms on behalf of the organization, evaluate and review these contracts and terms
• Develop the organization's strategies, policies, and general plans related to contracting, and oversee their implementation
• Oversee contract implementation, investigate changes and disputes when they arise, and make recommendations on the course of action
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations and oversee their implementation
• Select, train, and supervise staff, monitor their performance and behavior against goals
• Lead contract negotiations, coordinate with technical managers and other stakeholders, and draft contracts
• Manage contracts throughout all project phases (prequalification, bid collection, bid receipt, bid evaluation, award, contractor performance monitoring, overdue fees, claims and disputes settlement), according to government and commercial procurement regulations, policies, and procedures

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in contract management for large projects
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Financial Management or a related field from an accredited university
• PMP,CAPM from PMI
• PRINCE2 from Axelos
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• PMI-PGMP
• Professional in Planning and Scheduling (PSP),Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE
• Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) from IPSCMI
• Certified Professional Contact Manager (CPCM from NCMA)
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
