Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and finalize complex contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating risks for the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to delivery and inventory management, optimizing efficiency.
  • Develop and implement robust contract management processes, including tracking, compliance, and performance evaluation to ensure accountability.
  • Lead supplier relationship management initiatives, fostering strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement in performance and cost.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required to understand the fundamentals.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in contracts, procurement, and supply chain management is mandatory to demonstrate expertise.
