Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You monitor and report weekly/monthly activity and the measurement of KPI profitability in your area of responsibility.
You prepare a month-end analysis (compared to the budget, the previous year) and perform a detailed analysis of variances on the financial information reported, looking for and investigating any significant fluctuations.
You work effectively with teams from different departments.
You actively participate in weekly/monthly activity reviews with senior management and/or the committee for which you are responsible, and you support the strategic planning and decision-making process with significant information and analysis.
You support all planning activities (monthly short-term forecasts; annual bottom-up budget construction with operational teams (P&L, headcount)).
You may be involved in other activities (synergy assessment, business development projects, etc.), depending on the decisions of the CDG management
Desired Candidate Profile
Your Profile:
A higher degree in accounting, finance, business management or economics.
Extensive experience in management control (3 to 5 years).
A real aptitude for information systems.
Very advanced Excel skills.
French / English B2
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make conclusive syntheses.
Results-oriented and focused on the quality of service.
Dynamism, agility with a proactive spirit and a positive attitude
