Periodic Stops:  

• Carry out the periodic shutdown work within the allotted timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of the Group's Closing Desk instructions.
• To detect any malfunctions and propose solutions to remedy them

Controls

• Ensure the proper application of group control standards by the accountant
• Perform accounting controls and provide a reliable control result to enable the second-level Control & Standards and Methods Manager and the Finance Director to certify the accounts. Contribute to strengthening the site's internal accounting control system.
• Ensure the smooth running of the generic control plans
• Perform check & challenge controls (review of Lod1 controls performed, independent controls different from Lod1)
• D. Roll out the check & challenge of the IH and RCSA carried out by the operational managers and OPC.

BEACON and R360 tool management

• Conclude the CAC recommendations in R360
• Define your Lod2 control plan annually based on risks, with a review of all Finance GCPs; this control plan must be validated by the CFO

• Analyze the sub-certifications and supporting documents for accounts received from account managers.
• Participate in producing the results and presentation support for accounting health, FORCC, CCI.
• Participate in the implementation of reporting tools for the group and management. Classification: Internal financial
• Assign the general ledger accounts under its scope of control to an account manager

• To produce the procedures related to its scope

• Experience in a similar position
• Good mastery of financial analysis tools
