Job Title Controls Support Engineer
Job Description
- Site representative of Vanderlande Industries.
- Senior SME on site - support all staff with technical requirements and troubleshooting
- Provide training
- Manage all LLC / HLC tickets
- Problems solving and trouble shooting.
- Continuous improvement of system performance
- Frequent management meeting with customer
- Communication with customer.
- Reporting to customer
- Communication with VI
- Cost control, warranty issues
- Control and improve maintenance methods.
- Coordination during big incidents.
- Make weekly, monthly and quarterly reports concerning problems and incidents.
- Responsible for health, safety and environment on site.
- Provide Technical support and technical reports to Senior O&M Manager
- Carry out any LLC / specialist PMs
