Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each plate meets the restaurant's standards for presentation and flavor.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop and refine menu items, contributing creative ideas that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in cooking principles.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a professional kitchen, showcasing a proven track record of working in high-pressure environments.

  • Previous experience in a specific cuisine is highly desirable, allowing for specialized knowledge and skills to enhance menu offerings.

  • Food safety certification, ensuring compliance with health regulations and best practices in food handling.
