Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians.
  • Ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of coolers, refrigerators, and related equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
  • Maintain service records and report maintenance activities to management.
  • Train and guide technicians to follow maintenance schedules and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration or Mechanical / Electrical field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cooler maintenance, preferably in Soft Drink, Ice Cream, FMCG, or Refrigeration industries.
  • Indian driving license preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
