Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the complete process for development and execution of all retail activation, brand animation and 360 Thematic for KSA market.
- Ensure all Sephora guidelines are respected and implemented across all retail touch points for KSA
- Coordinate and ensure all CRM activations are live and merchandized as per the requirements of the Head Office.
- Support in coordinating with the different area managers, store staff, PR & CRM for all key marketing activities
- Assist in the building of competitive reports.
- Routinely monitor competitive activities during all Key Commercial Periods.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Studying bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and CRM activities.
- Experience in organizing events, workshops, or masterclasses.
