Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose and main activities:
- To ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures (respect for schedules, breaks, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures through documented audits.
- Ensure that priorities are respected and the schedule is followed.
Formalization, evaluation and reporting:
- Ensuring continuity between shifts through formalized and structured handovers
- To contribute to improving the skills of HPT teams.
Organizational Tasks:
- Enforce the internal regulations (Make the rules known during integration and ensure compliance).
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and report risks.
- To be responsible for security within one's perimeter
- Ensure compliance with the 5S+1 methodology within its scope (e.g., monitoring of audits and the resulting PDCA cycle).
- Participate in employee evaluations within your scope with the Activity Manager.
- Participate in kick-off meetings (TOP5 and HPT routines).
