Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purposes and main activities:
- To ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures (respect for schedules, breaks, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures through traceable audits.
- Ensure that priorities are respected and the schedule is followed.
Formalization, valuation and reporting:
- Ensuring the link between shifts through formalized and structured handovers
- Contributing to the improvement of the skills of the HPT teams.
Organizational Tasks:
- Enforce the internal regulations (Make the rules known in integration and ensure compliance).
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and report risks.
- to be the guarantor of security within its perimeter
- Ensure compliance with the 5S+1 within its scope (e.g., monitoring of audits and the resulting PDCA cycle).
- Participate in employee evaluations within your scope with the Activity Manager.
- Participate in the start-up meetings (TOP5 and HPT routines).
