Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purposes and main activities:
- Ensure that priorities are respected and the schedule is followed.
Formalization, valuation and reporting:
- Contributing to the improvement of the skills of the HPT teams.
Organizational Tasks:
- Participate in the start-up meetings (TOP5 and HPT routines).
Desired Candidate Profile
To ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures (respect for schedules, breaks, etc.)
Ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures through traceable audits.
Ensuring the link between shifts through formalized and structured handovers
Enforce the internal regulations (Make the rules known in integration and ensure compliance).
Ensure compliance with safety instructions and report risks.
to be the guarantor of security within its perimeter
Ensure compliance with the 5S+1 within its scope (e.g., monitoring of audits and the resulting PDCA cycle).
Participate in employee evaluations within your scope with the Activity Manager.
