Coordinator - Airport Control Centre Fly Dubai

To support real-time operational control for flydubai s hub in DXB and outstations and ensures timely communication, accurate flight monitoring, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with the airport team (Hub and outstations) to determine the most appropriate action and provides a final recommendation for action.
• Monitors and analyses all delayed flights and provides recommendations to facilitate the process of connecting passengers and ensures action plans are executed at the airport.
• Liaises with NCC and the airport team for any aircraft changes to ensure all passengers and baggage are efficiently handled.
• Assists during irregular operations including adverse weather, system outages, delays, and high-impact events.
• Handles additional tasks, including follow-up on medical offloads (departure/arrival), notifying special loads to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Provides rapid operational support during irregularities and disruption events.
• Supports the daily Passenger Connectivity Action Plan by monitoring all short connections.
• Liaises with flydubai Reservations for passenger rebooking in cases of delays, cancellations, rerouting, or disruptions, and ensure terminals provide timely assistance.
• Communicates with the Reservation team to ensure that all misconnected passengers are rebooked appropriately based on the decisions taken.
• Maintains full situational awareness across the network, ensuring On-Time Performance (OTP), and facilitating seamless passenger, baggage, and aircraft turnaround operations.
• Executes the daily Passenger Connectivity Action Plan and protect network integrity.
