Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the punch list database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all items.
  • Conduct site visits to identify and document deficiencies, using detailed descriptions and photographic evidence.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and track the completion of punch list items, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors regarding punch list status and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Displays proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam), enhancing efficiency.
