Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.

  2. Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.

  3. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and travel documentation.

  4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  5. Provide travel advice regarding destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

  6. Process reservations, cancellations, amendments, and refunds.

  7. Liaise with airlines, hotels, tourism partners, and suppliers.

  8. Monitor travel schedules and assist clients with travel-related issues.

  9. Maintain accurate client records and booking information.

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.

  11. Handle invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation of travel bookings.

  12. Support sales and marketing activities to promote travel packages and services

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a travel agency or travel management company.

  3. Strong understanding of airline fares, ticketing, visa procedures, and travel regulations.
