Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform Outbound calls to customers for completing the FATCA/CRS forms
  • Educate customers on FATCA/CRS requirements.
  • Collect FATCA/CRS forms and capture in Bank system.
  • Ensure capture data from FATCA/CRS forms to system is accurate.
  • Maintain records of calls performed to customers.
  • Follow up with customers on submitting the FATCA/CRS forms.
  • Basic knowledge of FATCA/CRS & Transaction Monitoring to assess the risks associated with customers or products.
  • Coordinating with relevant teams for FATCA/CRS related activities.
  • Support Team Leader assisting with projects/deliverable to meet deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Education required - High School diploma/Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance.

Work Experience (Please specify minimum number of years and the field in which experience is required) - Minimum of 6 months of work experience

Specified area / field of experience (if required) - Basic experience (AML/KYC/Compliance related) with understanding of FATCA/CRS requirements (preferred but not a must)

Technical skills in Microsoft words, power-point and excel


Good communication skills (Arabic & English).
