Roles & Responsibilities

Under the authority of the National Director of Language Centres and under the supervision of the Attaché for Educational Cooperation, the coordinator ensures the development of the IF Maroc Pro activity.

Strategy and Business Management:
Develop and implement a B2B business development strategy, consistent with market analyses; define and implement the IF Maroc Pro national action plan;
manage IF Maroc Pro activities at the national level with a focus on efficiency, quality, and consistency across the entire network;
monitor activity indicators and produce consolidated reports of analyses and results.
Market Analysis and Sector Monitoring
: Conduct ongoing analysis of the vocational training market in Morocco (trends, emerging needs, public policies, calls for tenders, growing sectors);
identify development opportunities to consolidate IF Maroc Pro's position as a leading player in new sectors or territories;
produce analyses and arguments to inform strategic decisions and adjust the service offering.
Team Management and Leadership:
Coordinate the IF Maroc Pro team of advisors across the 12 IFM sites;
Support, train, and motivate IF Maroc Pro advisors within a national network and continuous improvement framework;
Ensure consistency in the quality of services offered and the service cycle (prospecting, interviews, needs analysis, proposal development, instructional design, planning, logistical coordination, evaluation, and administrative follow-up);
Business Development, Prospecting, and Partnerships:
Actively prospect for new clients (companies, institutions, government agencies) and develop a portfolio of key account partners;
Design customized offers, negotiate terms, and ensure the follow-up of agreements;
Administrative Monitoring and Service Evaluation:
Guarantee client, administrative, and budgetary monitoring of services delivered at the national level (key accounts).
To develop and update the professional French training offer, in line with market needs and the priorities of Moroccan economic sectors;
To guarantee partner satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

PROFILE

Training

  • Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) or equivalent qualification
  • Higher education in business school or management;
  • All references are subject to verification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in activity management, team leadership and training, ideally in a multi-site or network context;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales prospecting and in developing partnerships and clients;
  • Experience in the continuing professional training sector is appreciated;

Knowledge

  • Perfect command of French (minimum C1 level); good level of Arabic appreciated;
  • Very good command of office software (Microsoft Office suite),
  • Good knowledge of the Moroccan economic and institutional context, particularly in the field of vocational training.
  • Skills in market analysis, ability to clarify strategic choices;
