Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all luggage-related operations for guest arrivals, departures, and in-house transfers.
  • Communicate effectively with bellmen and ensure timely completion of all luggage deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest luggage, storage, and special handling requirements.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in line with Forbes Travel Guide and Atlantis standards.
  • Liaise with Front Office and Concierge to ensure seamless guest service and accurate information flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and luggage-related complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of luggage storage areas while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support the training and development of new team members on operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest service or coordination role within a luxury hotel or resort.

Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a service-first attitude.
