About The Role

The Coordinator, Luggage will be responsible for the coordination of luggage for both check-in, check-out and in-house and group guest requests ensuring the correct tasks are effectively completed to the correct guest / rooms. The Coordiantor, Luggage will ensure highly effective communication with all Bellmen to ensure they are clearly informed about all individual job and guest requirements and will be aware and deliver all department Forbes Travel Guide standards to ensure service excellence is provided to all guests meeting all Key Performance Index (KPIs) and delivery times.

About You

Ideally, we d love you to have diploma or degree in hospitality or other relevant discipline or either 2 years working experience as a coordinator handling customer request, queries and complaints with an excellent knowledge of opera or other booking operating system used by international and well-known luxury hotel or resort. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience is a must.
